After the label designs are prepared for printing, your pre-printing approval is requested. After the approval process, we start producing engraving and knives specific to the product that you have requested.
The label production is completed by using Meller Color System in the colors that you have requested with the engraving which was prepared according to your approval for product prints.
Slitting and Quality Control
Perfectly produced roll labels’ suitability to your labeling machine and your specifications is determined by quality control that takes the roll diameter, rolls counter, winding direction into account. Your products are packaged after that.
Final control
Before the shipping phase, all your produced orders are controlled by Meller Control System. We ship your products after approval.
